harry potter and the deathly hallows part 1

Well, this book was launched a month ago and has received a very good responses from all HP fans around the world. Why should I crop up this issue after a month away? Simple question, with simple answer. I had been busy reading that book and doing my job tasking as an employee, a mother, a wife and a daughter. Now, I have a very little time to share to those who do not have enough time to read the book but still would love to hear or read spoilers.

So, WARNING! THIS POSTING CONTAINS FEW THINGS OF HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS in which you may find them as spoilers!

The latest book of Harry Potter has brought me to a journey of Rowling's imagination about how an ordinary boy (the name 'Harry Potter' is just that simple, compared with the others such as: Hermione Granger, Rufus Scrimgeour, etc) becomes special just because for nearly the whole of his life has been protected by a simple charm called LOVE (still, love is the best issue ever to discuss!). What Rowling seems to want to highlight about life from the name 'Harry Potter' is that there is no such ordinary thing but everything is extraordinary as long as you have love in your life.

Oh, well, in here, I would love to present those who died in the book. I was dying to share it to my brother, actually, but he just does not want to listen to me. He likes surprises in every single page when later he is reading the Bahasa-translated Harry Potter book. That idealistic git, geez.

THE DEATHS
1. Charity Burbage (Muggle Studies' teacher)
Actually, she was the first one in this book who was killed by Voldemort's avada kedavra and became Nagini's (Voldemort's snake) dinner;
2. Hedwig (Harry's owl)
She was apparently hit by curses sent by one of Death Eaters and died.
3. Mad-Eye Moody (an Auror, ex-teacher of DADA and one of the member of The Order of Phoenix)
He sort of fell to the ground from his flying broom after being hit by a single curse of a Death Eater after Dung disapparated.
4. Rufus Scrimgeour (the Minister of Magic, successor of Cornelius Fudge)
Rowling did not write how he died particularly, but I think, it was (again) the killing curse of Avada Kedavra that caused this minister died.
5. Gregorovitch (a wandmaker from Krum's country, the maker of Krum's wand)
He was killed by Voldemort himself when Voldemort's seeking the elder wand and did not find in Gregorovitch.
6. Grindelwald (Dumbledore's ex-bestfriend, yet lost in a duel with him and prisoned at Nurmengard)
He was also killed by Voldemort because of the elder wand matter.
7. Bathilda Bagshot (the author of History of Magic)
I strongly think she was killed by Nagini, Voldemort's snake.
8. Dobby (the ex-house-elf of the Malfoys, a free elf)
He was killed not by magic but Bellatrix's dagger right after he came to the trio's rescue in Malfoy Manor.
9. Wormtail (one of the Marauder's Map maker, the Potter's secret keeper, a Death Eater)
He died because the silver hand Voldemort gave him made him to do so. I must add that perhaps, the silver hand will automatically kill him whenever he felt pity of something.
10. Ted Tonks (Tonks' father)
Killed by a Death Eater.
11. Fred Weasley (George's twin, Ron's brother, one of the Weasleys)
What? He died?? Yes, he died - right after he was joking with Percy. Killed by a curse sent by Dolohov (if I'm not mistaken).
12. Severus Snape (Potion ex-teacher, the headmaster of Hogwarts after Albus Dumbledore)
He was not as evil as many readers had thought about him. Besides, he was Dumbledore's man through and through. Yes, he hated James Potter so much, who did not if he was so often bullied by a group of popular lads of Gryffindor? However, he was a truly faithful man to Dumbledore and to Lily Evans. Lily was his true love and that was the main reason he helped Dumbledore protect Harry. Snape was killed by Voldemort himself because Voldemort considered Snape as a defeater of Dumbledore. It was again about the elder wand matter.
13. Remus Lupin (DADA ex-teacher, one of the Marauder's Map maker, Tonks' husband)
He was killed by Dolohov (for sure) when dueling with him at Hogwarts.
14. Nymphadora Tonks (a Metamorphagus, Lupin's wife)
She was killed by Bellatrix Lestrange when dueling with her at Hogwarts. She was a new mom, anyway. Tonks, I mean, not Lestrange.
15. Harry Potter (the boy who lived, the chosen one, James Potter's son, the main reason why this book was written)
Yes, he died. But he's back to finish Voldemort. He was 'killed' by Voldemort using avada kedavra.
16. Bellatrix Lestrange (one of Voldemort's worshipper, a Death Eater, Tonks and Sirius' Cousin)
Hurray! She finally died!!! Who killed her, anyway? Must be someone great and special. Yet, it was Mrs. Weasley who finished her off because she attempted to duel Ginny, Mrs. Weasley's only daughter. Not sure what spell she used, though.
17. Voldemort (another main reason why this book was written, the great and evil enemy)
Phew. It took seven books to kill him. However, he was killed by a simple spell (expelliarmus) sent by Harry while he used his usual curse (avada kedavra) on Harry. The curse sort of flew back to him and finish him off.

Wew. Will continue tomorrow, coz I have to go home.
